a somewhat dated stay
The location proved acceptable. It offered proximity to transport.
My 'beautiful twin room main tower' looked quite worn. the decor seemed like a throwback, not in a charming way. the tv remote looked like it had seen better days. It was a bit sticky.

the staff was really polite and attentive. i got a free room upgrade and check-in was super efficient. i could leave my luggage in the storage room for a week while i went to jeju and busan which was so helpful. the location is awesome. It's an easy walk to the myeongdong station and market and also gyeongbokgung palace.

Fantastic Stay Experience
convenient location comfortable bed attentive staff
This location is convenient. It is just a few minutes walk to the vibrant Myeong Dong street and the subway station. I found my bed super comfortable. I really appreciated the attentive staff. They seemed to know my room number by heart after only a day.
The front desk service felt quite lacking for a hotel of this stature.

the location felt very convenient. it was only a few minutes walk to myeong dong street. the bed was super comfortable, i sleeped well.
the bathtub wasn't convenient for older folks, i noted some pressure issues with the taps. certain corners felt dusty, like the top glass panel of the pantry area. it seems there may have been a lack of staff for room service because one day i returned at almost 6pm and they just began cleaning my room.
